I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24, I hope Pixie can get her beauty sleep ❤️ and hope that the dinner goes okay. You've been very productive, I'm usually half alive when I come from vacations, I think travelling wears me out. I hope your mood does pick up, bipolar is annoying, it's so hard to control 😞

I'm lucky that I've been more stable for a few days, I think the meds dose increase has kicked in. Though I feel a mild migraine crawling in again now, maybe it's my fault for not wearing blue light blocking glasses, uni has got me in front of the screen for extended periods of time

I’m glad you are feeling stable @creative_writer. It’s a good feeling when it happens. Bipolar is shit. I hate it so much.

I hope you have your glasses on before it’s too late. How’s uni going?

If I didn’t do it when I walked in the door then I wouldn’t do it at all. So I just had to push and keep going.

Im just waiting for the takeaway to be ready to go to mums for dinner.

I drove home today and I’ve done 4 loads of washing. So I’ve been productive but still feeling really low. I’m hoping one of my appointments tomorrow can help.

@Captain24, sometimes you do have to force yourself to do things, even getting out of bed can be tough when things are super hard. I think you should be proud of being so productive. That image of Pixie is so cute

I have an assignment due tom 😬, I have written it out, need to tidy it and do references. Then I literally have no clue what will happen. I’m disappointed I haven’t been allocated a placement and the placement is meant to start in a weeks time. I don’t know if I’ll just end up doing my coursework units this winter instead, not ideal, but that’s my rant
