I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Our 4 legged friends are family too @Captain24!!

Just having a quiet day at home. Have hubby's family and my mum all for tea. So enjoying the peace and quiet whilst I can.

It was sunny with clear blue skies when I left the coast. But now I’m home it’s overcast and miserable. Oh the country life.

Thanks @creative_writer. The last few days have been better. It’s nice to see the ocean. I’m still pretty low in my mood though.

I’m just doing the 4th load of washing for the afternoon. I have 2 loads left for tomorrow. I have unpacked everything and put it all away. I have my heater up high to try and dry the ones I’ve done.


Pixie is sound asleep. I’ve worn her out. I’m really tired so I think it will be an early night after I go to mums for dinner.
