I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

They want to watch the coronation... they are having dinner, and of course they don't want to eat.... 2 are staring into space, one is singing twinkle twinkle little star...

The kids were out and just came home so that's why they are having a late dinner.

We had this meal from one of the meal boxes. It was call Buddha bowl. It was so yum. Rice with tofu and veges... @Captain24 . I've given them a ferrero rocher each now.

Maybe a cool one to shock your body… TIPP skill @Captain24 ??? Sometimes I just end up sitting on the floor of the shower for ages… bad for water wastage, but sometimes it’s just what I need.

@tyme that meal sounds nice, but I agree with @Captain24 … except for the tofu. We have nachos for lunch today, they were really good. Even sour cream and avo was available. The food is really nice here.

Actually, a lot of people don't like tofu. They think it tastes like nothing, or like rubber... it's one of my fav foods actually. I prefer it over beans or meat. @Captain24
