I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It’s so hard @Shaz51. I’ve always been a big eater but with the medication it’s causing me a lot of grief

The thing is, I know the portion sizes! @Captain24 ! But I'm still so hungry after eating.

I need to slow down eating, but who's got time when life is so full? I don't want to sit around just chewing...

One doctor said to me that with every mouthful, you should chew 30 times...as if I could do that!

I couldn’t chew 30 times @tyme. I can’t count that far! 😂. I get to distracted!

Im not sure of portion sizes so my next app should be interesting

I’m really struggling today. I can’t seem to find anymore motivation. When will this ever go away. I’ve just got nothing.
