I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 , my mum is in aged care and has been suffering from bowel problems as well as dementia and last night she had a fall , but thank goodness she had not broken a bone ❤️

She has broken her 2 hips In the last couple of years

Saw the doctor yesterday and she gave me a flu needle

I’ve managed to keep myself distracted for most of the afternoon. I’ve weeded the garden, trimmed the shrubs and mowed the front lawn. They are my achievements, I didn’t get pleasure from them though.

Now that I’m exhausted it’s all coming back. I do t have the energy or motivation to fight those thoughts I’ve buried all day. At least I’ve had some enjoyment in the day and that’s an achievement on the last 4 weeks.

I'm sorry to hear it still sounds hard, yet I have to celebrate the fact that there was some form of enjoyment today. That's a start. A few glimmers in the dark sky?
