I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

That’s no good @Shaz51. Hopefully today can be a rest day for you and Mr Shaz. I hope you don’t get it, you don’t need it on top of everything else going on. How is your kidney infection?

Im trying to pull myself together to be able to mask my feelings for the ANZAC service. I go with my family. I just have to hope no one picks it up.

you deserve them.

The Anzac service was good. I always find it emotional but I think with the way I am right now I found it really hard. I felt for my dad and my grandparents how hard it must have been in Dec 1968. When his brother and their son made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

I managed to hold a slight mask during the service and no one picked up on anything. But now I’m extra drained and feeling even worse. I’m going to go back to bed. I feel it’s the best thing for me right now.
