I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Now she understands how bad I really am I think she will give me as much support as I need. @tyme. All she can put it down too is that bipolar is causing my mood disturbance.

It’s so hard @Snowie. I’m struggling to function at all. I’ve just had 2 days at work and a lot of people have asked if I’m ok because i just can’t hide it. Ive still got 3 nightshifts to go. I don’t know if I can do it.

Usually nights are the worst for me but I feel so broken and full of hate from the time I wake up.

How are things going for you? I’ve been reading that it’s not good.
