I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I am so ashamed of myself.

I just can’t be bothered to have a shower. I can’t be bothered to wash my hair, which I haven’t washed in over a week. I can’t be bothered to clean my house, which I haven’t done for nearly a week.

I'm just so tired. All I want to do is go to bed and stay there. I hate myself

Maybe just try and concentrate on one thing at a time. Perhaps just think about having a shower first, the rest can wait.

If you have a shower and wash your hair it might help you feel a little better @Captain24. I don't think you should feel ashamed of yourself or hate yourself. I think a lot of people go through these feelings sometimes in their lives.

Sorry guys. I’m just full of hatred for myself right now. I’m in a pretty dire place right now and I don’t know what to do. There is so much more I need to say. I should probably stay off here so I don’t get into trouble.
