I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Yep @hanami @Captain24 at least some acknowledgment. Or looking directly and nodding or smiling without saying anything and moving on would be fine. So I am gonna say it is weird and immature. It has happened to me quite a few times ... we hung out in same kinda book stores and music camps ...lol

I thought it was odd @Appleblossom @hanami. Just a simple acknowledgment would have made it comfortable.

I had a GP whose kids use to dance with me when I was dancing and teaching. I saw him all the time outside of appointments and it was never weird. I even had his mobile number for when he forgot to pick up his kids. (Which was often!) No boundaries were ever crossed.

Yep that is kind of what I meant. I saw my gp in supermarket once. She was more awkward about it than I. I saw it as simply ... they are human too. Think she was on a power trip and not admitting that. Hmmmm.

Reasonable professional boundaries are neither magic or secret.

@Captain24, I feel pretty awful, chronic migraines are pretty awful 😞 , I hope your back is okay.

I didn’t really have anything much apart from a pdoc appointment which went okay. Contemplating whether I should increase my non PBS as he suggested, though it’s up to me, it’s just so expensive. Do you have much planned for today?

I get the price @creative_writer. Most of mine are non pbs too. Will increasing it help with your migraines? Or will helping with your MH help to reduce the migraines? Not sure if that makes any sense.

My back is still pretty bad but I have to just keep going.

Pixie’s boyfriend came for a visit today, so she had a fantastic day. It’s good to see her happy.

Im just watching a movie and about to sort out dinner.
