I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

So at least I know why I was feeling flat around lunchtime. It’s not a backward step it’s a sideways step. I now have Covid for the second time.

Hopefully I can keep my new mindset through being housebound for 7 days. 🤞

Oh no! COVID! @Captain24 . I hope you don't get too sick from it. I really had struggle breathing when I had COVID.

It couldn’t come at a worse time. Yesterday and this morning I have felt so good. I felt like my true self for the first time in a long. Now I’m feeling pretty horrible.

I’m just hoping I have the strength to keep that feeling while being off.

It’s pretty heartbreaking. It feels like I just can’t catch a break
