I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

That is so true @tyme .

I did hear from her how inconvenient it was for her! Lol. I did apologise to her that I was sorry for getting Covid and inconveniencing her. But I didn’t let her get to me!

I agree with @Shaz51 - you're so awesome not letting it get to you @Captain24

To be honest, having COVID MADE be slow down, rest and take it easy. I'm so used to being on the go, and I usually get frustrated if I'm not scheduled to do something. I'm very much a routine-driven person.

But towards the end of iso, I was starting to get edgy and frustrated. Thank God I could still do work online.

I have been a little bit proud of myself this weekend. I have had a couple of achievements.

Im really routine and list driven. I’ll be getting really edgy and irritated by the end. Unfortunately it’s a bit hard to drive a massive truck from home. 😢

I guess I just watch a lot of tv.
