I can’t cope

I can delete the posts if you feel more comfortable @Captain24 . But I'm mindful that I want to know that peer workers don't have the 'perfect' life, just like everyone else.

Not withstanding, this doesn't mean I don't love life. I do. It's just a minor hiccup along the way.

Maybe a little break may be good for him @tyme. Just to get over the disappointment. Finance is a good industry. Would working for himself be too much stress though?

It might do you both good having a little bit of space l, especially when you both have so much worry.

Sorry she was hurtful even though there is stress you don’t deserve it. You already give so much.

It’s all good. We at all here to support each other and this is a safe space to get it out. Everyone has bad days and it doesn’t mean a relapse. You are human too and need to talk. You have done so much for me, it’s the least I can do. I Hope chatting has helped you.

So very much true.

@tyme we all need that release at times, we are all human. Sometimes bottling it up makes things worse. I find that sometimes just getting things out into the open helps a great deal.

I followed the routine set for me so Pix got a walk this morning. I got everything done that I needed to this morning. Then I had a nap this afternoon. I wasn’t suppose to but neither of my nurses need to know! I did some diamond art.

I’m currently watering the lawn in the hope that it brings on rain! Maybe I should wash the car. 😂. We have a massive bush fire and need it out before the temps hit 37 next week.

I’ve got dinner at the olds later then I’ll take Pix for another walk if it’s not raining.

I am on struggle street though. I’m just so exhausted.

How did you sleep last night? How are you feeling?
