I can’t cope

I just had the first meet and greet with a counsellor. @tyme. I told her a little about my childhood. When I talk about it it always brings me down. Plus I’ve come off nightshift and had a gp app and have to have tests done. It’s been a long day

Sure does sound like a big day @Captain24 . What are you doing now to relax?

I’m just sitting and watching some tv. @tyme. I think I might go and have a shower.

My day was pretty good. Not easy, but good because it's given me lots of things to think about in the disability/inclusion space.

Anyway, what are you watching? Anything interesting?

Just home and away that I missed being in nightshift. Nothing exciting.

Any plans for tomorrow?

I've got some more things to do in the disability/inclusion space which is something I'm looking forward to @Captain24 .

Btw, how did the 'bully' thing go?

That’s good @tyme. It sounds like something you’re really keen on! My mum comes under physically disabled and I have a cousin with cerebral palsy.

The bully thing didn’t happen! Lol. Apparently he has been warned about it and has to stop.

I did bog a truck though. I was trying to drive it out and both my front wheels came off the ground! It was interesting 🤔

Yeah I hear the ‘I told ya so!’ 😂 My head always does that to me all the time. It’s way worse when I’m not ok. Im such a drama queen. 😝

I was accelerating hard. My foot was flat to the floor and the front of my truck was lifting. The dozer operator yelled into the 2 way to stop and reverse. So I took my foot off the accelerator and took a deep breath and just casually reversed back! I wasn’t even shaking! I was so calm. Maybe I was to medicated over the weekend. When then had to dig a little to attached the stuff to tow it. I did a good job. It took nearly an hour to get it out!
