It made for a good night! @tyme. I really enjoyed the shift.

I had just gotten loaded. Where you get the dirt or coal put into your tub there is a dozer near the loading unit. That’s how he could see what was happening.

I usually do do it properly. One other time I was bogged it took 2.5hrs to dig me out!

Im pretty proud of myself though for how I handled it.

I’ve got another big day tomorrow. Blood test, psychiatrist and ultrasound so I’m going to head to bed.

I started today with getting some house work done. Not much but it was a start.

Now I have lost all motivation. I don’t want to do anything. Why can’t I feel better and find some joy in my life.

Congrats on a productive start @Captain24! 🎉 Even if the motivation has waned off for a little bit, you were still able to get some things done and that's impressive.

The doldrums are a non event of air currents that occurs at the "horse latitudes"... Ships would get stuck there for weeks unable to catch a break.

This same thing happens inside us, too.

It's harrowing.

I don’t have anything nice planned. I have a psychiatrist appointment that I don’t want to go to and an ultrasound appointment.

I need to find something nice to do after those.

My anxiety is through the roof tonight. I can’t control my breathing, my chest hurts and my hands and feet are tingling.
