I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I need something to focus on @Captain24 and we really don’t know how long he has. Mum said yesterday that he has just given up cause his not eating or anything, but then today he ate McDonald’s.

I’m scared. I hate the unknown. Things are still really shitty, so I might as well do this.

Yes @tyme loves them! She was suppose to stay at her fathers last night but came home upset cause of the storm. So she slept with me. Tucked her into her fresh new bed tonight though.

I get the scared and unknown. @Bow. It’s a really tough time. If you feel you need to do it to have something to focus on can you discuss it with your psychologist tomorrow? Maybe right down the thoughts going through your head. Maybe she will be able to help you make the right decision for you?

I’ve struggles today @Captain24 spent alot of time on the mill today and done other unhealthy coping things. I did a bit of painting to try and distract.

I’m sorry you struggled @Bow. At least you tried something to distract yourself for a little while. That is an achievement. Did you paint anything in particular or abstract?

I’ve been on the go since I got up this morning. I have done a lot, a couple of loads of washing, all the ironing, weeded the garden, mowed and whipper snipper the front yard, bath pixie and changed the sheets and doona cover. Plus pack to go away. Oh and clean the house. Now I’m exhausted. I feel if I stop the anxiety will come back.
