I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Wow that’s a busy day @Captain24 you got so much done, well done!

I started a new paint by numbers… just one from Kmart. Floral. I’ve ordered some more custom ones from online. Pics of my daughter and I. My psychologist told me one needed to be a recent photo of my daughter and I. A way of accepting myself how I am- that was hard!

It has been a big day @Bow but I’ve now recleaned the kitchen that I haven’t used and both bathrooms. One of the hasn’t ever been used. Maybe I’m not as I’m as I think! 😂


Do you only do paint by numbers or can you paint as well?

I can paint as well @Captain24 But need to be in the mood and have inspiration I guess. Paint by numbers is a good distraction for me… I don’t need to think too much.. it’s easy and it’s something I enjoy.
