I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Wow! That's warm! We had 42 degrees yesterday - today is much cooler, but still super pleasant.

As you do the lawns, I've just received a message from my long-awaited gardener that they have just finished the work at my place. @Captain24 .

I'm so glad I've finally got a gardener!

It’s @tyme and it’s still rising. I love it!!! I am getting a headache though. Oops.

Rub it in! Lol. It’s good that it’s done regularly though. I mow mine each block off. If I miss it gets way to out of control.

It is taking me longer than it should as I keep stopping for drink breaks. So far I’ve had 2 litres of water.

I'm not so much rubbing it in @Captain24 . It's more that I'm just so grateful I have a gardener now. Don't get me wrong, I find mowing quite therapeutic... but the weeds and grass in the gardenbed is what I can't handle!!!

I hope it cools down for you later.

The only advice I can give you is do what’s best for you. @Bow. Only you know how much you can take on.
