I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I'm sorry you are going through so much at the moment @Captain24

It is hard to sit with those thoughts and feelings.

I'm struggling but that seems the norm lately. My pdoc is pretty much forcing me to go into hospital on Monday. Just want to run away.

Im sitting with you with the hospital situation. Do you think maybe it will help? Even just a break from your thoughts?

What you are feeling and going through is very real @Captain24

In those hard moments it is difficult to look beyond what is happening at that point.

I think the hospital stay would help, I think I need to be admitted, I guess I am just worried and scared. I need to just toughen up and do it.

I’d be worried and scared too @Snowie. I’m scared every time they mention it to me especially when they are considering involuntary.

I have just taken my meds early in the hope that they make me sleepy so I don’t have to deal with today anymore
