I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Why wake them? Just let them stay! Lol

I go back on Monday. My nurse is unsure but I can’t risk not going. If I’m still this sick though. I can leave work early claiming a vomiting bug!

Nah the floor sounds terrible @tyme. Send the home! 😂

I’m sort of looking forward to it. I’m hoping the prn that I now have to take 3 times a day can ease this anxiety.

I just need to be able to focus. Ask me again Sunday night!!

I might go to the markets in the morning and visit nans husband @tyme

If I can feel my feet and hands I’ll attempt to mow the lawn.

Oh, did I tell you i have a gardener now? I pay $75 a fortnight and I don't have to stress about my lawns or garden!

That’s awesome @tyme. At least you know it’s done and don’t have to deal with it.

Im heading off to bed. I’ve worked through the list of things to reduce my anxiety and it’s not working so bed is the best place to be.

I've decided I'm going to camp out on my very own bedroom floor... not ideal, but I don't want to disturb the kids... @Captain24

My feet and hands are numb. My face is going numb. I have the tremors and my head is really foggy. I feel like I’m not in my body. It’s like I’m me but not really present, I think that’s the word.

I know it’s the anxiety causing it but it’s causing more anxiety. I just want it to stop. It’s really scaring me. I’m scared.
