I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I have to say letting them think you are at work is really much easier than trying to explain lol @Captain24 . I'd probably do that too! As for my lunches at school, I always threw mine out too. Mine was because I was too embarrassed to eat in front of people, and I thew it out so my parents thought I ate. When I think back, I really wish I didn't do that. But from such a young age, I was already full of anxiety....

And @Snowie - I'm glad you don't have to make lunchboxes anymore! It won't be long before they will be finished school!

It is so much easier than the truth @tyme. I will just go a park somewhere in the dark.

I really should have been able to say I didn’t like my lunch but I was always to scared of my mum. And it’s still the same! Lol

I'm not on forums the next few days, so I'll be catching up with other things such as shopping, cleaning, visiting people. @Captain24 .

Then I'll come home and mostly spend some time with the kids.

I'm always finding things to do. I don't think I actually stop!

Oh, and I might need to get this laptop of mine fixed. It's got this beautiful vertical stripe through the middle and the screen is flickering....lol

It’s good you can keep busy. Visiting people sounds nice. Cleaning doesn’t sound like fun though. Lol

Is it the niece you have sleepovers with that is going to school?

After 4 weeks it’s hard to keep busy.
