I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Re: I can’t cope

Hey @Nala2022

How was your picnic yesterday afternoon?

Im just constantly fatigued. It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get. I haven’t done anything discovered that I wake up with less of a headache and a smidgen better when I use the sleep machine. But it’s not doing what I thought it would do. But there is so much other stuff that I have going on in my body as well. I’m guessing as I get things changed that will help. But it’s gradual and I need the fatigue fixed now!

Im just sitting down to lunch and most of the kitchen is done. Just where I made lunch. I think I’ll do the floors and then make my lunches for work so that the chicken has cooled.

I feel a little better with th kitchen looking nearly respectable for the first time in a week.

@Captain24 I'm so sorry for yesterday and everything I put you through. I'll give you space but know that I'm here if you need me. Sorry again.

Re: I can’t cope

Sorry I didn’t see your post! I was on the other page. @MissGremlin Im not going to say it wasnt hard. But I’d do it again. I didn’t want you alone. Don’t do it again!!!

I don’t need space I’m just a little rough. But at least my kitchen is done and now I have the floors. Then I need to clean the bath. I’m going to have one this afternoon, another oat one. My skin is really dry.

What are you doing? I’ll be doing diamond art from just before 2 )hopefully) until dad comes at just before 4 to put my bins out. Then it’s a shower, wash my hair and a bath

Re: I can’t cope

It was really good, lots of seagulls around though, a bit annoying haha, but it was nice 😊

That must be frustrating, but hopefully once you figure some more things out with your body, you may start to notice a difference in your energy levels too. It sounds like it’s all a gradual process, which can be frustrating when you just want to feel better now @Captain24

What’s for lunch today? I’m going to have leftover pizza from last night. I vacuumed and mopped the floors (really dislike mopping), but they needed to be done. Sounds like a good plan though

I feel you, I already feel better now that the floors and kitchen are clean haha 😊

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 it's ok sweet, my rsd really kicked in suddenly and hard. I know yesterday was hard, it was hell to go through but I'm so, so thankful and grateful that you were here for me. I won't be doing it again, I truly feel like sh!t and it's going to take time to get back to some sort of normal.

You've done so well to get things done and having a bath later sounds like a lovely idea especially with your skin being itchy.

I'm about to do lunches, I need to go to the shops but I'm not confident or comfortable going alone so I've messaged my friend but she hasn't replied to me yet. I'm hoping I can do some diamond art with you if I'm able to. My heart rate has returned to my somewhat normal rate which is good.

Re: I can’t cope

They are annoying @Nala2022. I only

see them twice a year though! I went to Katoomba with mum and we were trying to eat lunch on a seat in the Main Street and we had cockatoos! Just as bad as seagulls!

Im glad it was nice though.

I feel a little better now as I’ve done the floors too. I haven’t cleaned my room or anything but everywhere that mum could go in the next few days is clean! I’ll go and clean the bath because I’m having one later. Then I’ll make my lunches for work. I’ve also just remembered that I have no clothes for work tomorrow so I really have to iron but after cleaning the bath and making lunches I need a break.

Our houses are cleaned the same. Kitchen and floors! I don’t mind doing the floors it doesn’t really take me long but there is always dog hair on the floor somewhere. Usually Pix, Jett loses his hair in clumps and it’s easy. Pix looses hers strand by strand and you just can’t get it all up. It’s light coloured so you don’t really notice. But I also figure I have dogs and it’s just to bad, if you don’t like it don’t come around!

I had southern fried chicken tenders with cheese and caramelised onion on a Turkish roll toasted! Do you reheat your pizza or eat it cold?

Do you have much on this afternoon?

Re: I can’t cope

I get RSD pretty well. @MissGremlin. I know it was way worse for you to go through than me. I’m not comparing.

Im glad your heart rate is almost normal. That must make things feel a little better.

Inhope she can go with you. Could one of the others go with you?

Ive done the floors now for the bath and lunches! I should make it in time!

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 rsd sucks! No i know you're not comparing, it was a hard day all round.

I've actually just made the huge decision to write this week off with regards to the others with the exception of Friday as there's something happening that day for them. I need time to rest and recover and right now that means I don't need so much routine that I have to adhere to.

I hope you enjoy your bath sweet. I'd love to sit and do diamond art with you if you'd like the company.

Re: I can’t cope

Are they suppose to be going any where? I get needing to stop though. Not push yourself and that is a big thing to recognise and allow yourself to do so. @MissGremlin

Ill just go and clean the bath and I’ll be ready until mum and dad get here.
