I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I don’t know what to have. I’m just exhausted. I’m sitting and watching tv. I really feel like pasta and cheese.

Have you eaten? Now that everything is out of your system you need to start looking after yourself. And no more doing the other stuff!

@Captain24 yes just the usual thankfully.

Pasta and cheese sounds yummy 😋.

I ate a sandwich at the hospital and I'm not hungry as there's still so much in my system, it feels like everything is sitting in my throat and it's like burning acid. It's really not a nice feeling.

I need to change things but I'm not quite sure how to make that achievable just yet.

When you said you didn’t know how to make it achievable I thought that is what you meant! @MissGremlin

Things do have to change but I’m not sure how to help.

Today was really hard and scary. It wasn’t easy to be on this side and not there. I’m not in any hurry to do that again! It actually took a lot out of me. I’m not complaining because I would do it again in a heartbeat.

@Captain24 I'm sorry I put you through it sweet but I'm so, so grateful that you've been with me through it all. I've been on the other side of it and I know how hard and draining it is.
