I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 It is always hard when we lose our supports, especially when we have formed such a tight bond with them. I hope your new gp works out well for you.

I just had a hard session with the therapist. Im so tried and drained

Also I havent heard from HR so I don’t know if I can return to work Wednesday or not?

Is there something nice you can do for yourself this afternoon?

Sorry you haven't heard from HR. I am on work cover at the moment and find them very slow to respond to things. Perhaps you can give them a call.

Not really @Snowie. Just sit and watch tv.

If I haven’t heard from them by lunchtime I’ll have to give them a call. They’re the ones that suspended me, you would think they would want me to work. Instead of paying me to sit at home.

I’ve had enough today. Why do appointments take so much out of you? Im not sure I can cope with my gp leaving. HR still hasn’t informed me if I can go back to work. It’s just all to much today

Im all good. Just needed to vent before I let it take control. Work is still frustrating me though. But I can’t do anything about it until tomorrow

Pixies boyfriend has just left so I’m thinking a nice long hot shower sounds good.
