Yeah I'm just relaxing, I'll probably go to the shops in the afternoon.

Oh and perimenopause! It’s all against me! But at least there is a reason for it and I can work on most of it. It’s just a long way away but I’m guessing it will start to improve gradually. @MissGremlin It is what it is though. Understanding it makes me more tired but at least I have a goal.

Im still sitting here and Pixie is looking at me from her cushion that she is laying on! I’m getting guilt tripped! 😂 😂

I really do have to get off my arse and do something. I’m not feeling bad about myself for sitting here though. So that’s a good thing. I just want to chill.

I was sleeping last night. Sound asleep! Then all of I sudden I woke up coughing that silly thing blew air into my nose and nearly ch0ked me! It's suppose to save my life not choke me to death! 😂

I finally had a shower and walk the dogs! Pix got a bit hot so we cut it short. But I still got 30 minutes of exercise. Plus I’ll get about 2 hours or more when I mow the lawn! @MissGremlin

Im thinking I might sit and do some diamond art until it’s lunch time.

My ADHA is kicking in.. I want to do what I want not what I need! To make the kitchen look respectable it only take 15-20 minutes! But it’s just too hard! 😂

OMG!!!!! I just got a parcel from temu and in it was one that I didn’t order. But I did order a mystery one. So instead of getting one to do that I don’t one what it is…. I got something I didn’t order thrown in… surprise! 😂

Oh and I just got the right amount of dots in the tray. I’m so proud of myself.. it was only one dot but I still got it right! 😜

It sucks when there's things we know we have to do but we want to do other things. That's when I try to get the boring things done so that I can relax and do what i want to do.

Just had a shower and now I’m running a bath.

so I stuck ‘em in a granny new high stocking! Threw them in the bath..

Oh… the kitchen looks the same, nothing happened while I was out. My ADHD urgency will kick in tomorrow when my parents say they are on the way around.
