I can’t cope

I slept the whole afternoon with my mask on! @MissGremlin I don’t really feel any different but we will see how the night goes. It’ll also be harder as I will be sitting around a lot.

@Captain24 well done for sleeping with it on the whole time. Really hoping it helps but I know sitting around makes things harder. Are you taking your diamond art again?

I certainly am. @MissGremlin also my headphones and my phone. Hopefully it all keeps me awake.

I’m sitting here doing my diamond art but while it’s good, I’m bored. I put my headphones on for a bit but they were annoying me. There is something different about sitting here tonight. Maybe it’s the quiet? I don’t know but I’m feeling a little unsettled and uncertain. It’s really uncomfortable and concerning.

@Captain24 i can understand why it feels uncomfortable and concerning. I can imagine it would feel very different to your usual shifts. I'm sitting with you sweet ❤️.

some work shop guys have just come in. I don’t know them but they smell of diesel and oil!

Im waiting to find out what my job is soon. But I’m going out for a smoke while it’s all smelly in here!

I think they are about to put me in a truck I can’t drive for between 2-3 hours! I can’t say anything though. It scares me but. @MissGremlin

I had my quick sneak out break but these guys are still here. They should be out soon. I can hear them crunching up their food! One guy is eating chips!

Things are truly so bad here, I tried to reach out to my support worker this morning but she never replied (I'm safe).

There is a guy near me that has just eaten 8 boiled eggs, a toasted sandwich and now a banana. I guess he won’t be hungry for a while! 😂 @MissGremlin

Have you tried recovery club. I was thinking if if before I went to sleep.
