I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I know how worrying it is but hopefully she will be ok. Just to get some help and support.

What are you having if it’s no cook? You should try and eat a little bit.

There is a LOT of this colour so I’m get my dinner when I’m done with this one.

@Captain24 I've seen my friend 3 times in one day so it's been really nice.

Yes, she really needs help. It breaks me to know how much she's struggling and I can't be there physically with her.

It's a cereal and nachos night! I was going to try but I feel nauseous, I just want to sleep.

I’ve just finished that colour. I’m just having pasta and cheeses again. My head is pounding though. So I’ll take something for it!

Nothing wrong with pasta and cheese. Hoping pain relief helps with the pounding head.

I've just sat in bed and I'm going to try to do some diamond art. I'm really tired though. I've got the medication to start but I'm not sure if I want to tonight.

That’s fair. Most of my medications has that on them! @MissGremlin

It’s up to you to see if it works. Can your thoughts get any worse?

@Captain24 it's just scary cos my thoughts already get so intense and last time I tried a medication that was meant to help me sleep it sent me into a psychotic episode and I ended up in hospital after an attempt (I'm safe).

Only you can make the call whether to see if it works or not. @MissGremlin. I guess you weigh up the chances. Has it only been one medication or a few? Do you know the signs of slipping into a psychosis? Would one night matter?

Just a list of questions for you to think about.

I’ve just had a shower and climbed into bed. My head is still aching!

@Captain24 it happened so fast last time, it's when the flashbacks started and then they didn't go away even after i stopped the medication. I had only been on it for 2 days when it all happened. It's just scary to think about that happening again.
