I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hey @Captain24 , I was only away for 3 days and 2 nights, but it was go, go, go - non-stop.

Lots of swimming, trampolining, kayaking, speed boating, fishing etc.

I was buggered yesterday. Had a good sleep, then went out for brunch today 🙂

I feel so good after the break.

As for your garden @Captain24 , I'm a minimalist, so I like it as it is. For me, less is more. I find it easier to maintain.

A break is always good @tyme.

Both my nans loved roses so I want to put some in for them. I’m thinking I may put round up around the garden bed as I dig it out. I hope that will stop the grass growing in it.

How are you going? Have you returned to work yet? I remember you saying they wanted to send you to their own specialist to get a clearance?

Im still not back. I see their psychiatrist tomorrow via Telehealth at 12:30. I’ve got note’s prepared and my nurse read me my Pdoc’s reports to me today. They have been released to tomorrow’s psych.

It was good to know what’s in them so I can be prepared.
