I can’t cope

@Captain24 I just really panicked and thought what if my nightmare came true and I actually threw up and my head is pounding. So yes they were needed but I was trying so hard to not take them. They are always so hard to come off, but being in that frame of mind I can understand why you were taking it.

Well I've got the support letters which explain my situation so it might help to share them with the community housing people aswell. We can only but try.

You got through all day yesterday without them @MissGremlin That is a win and you only took them today as they were needed. You didn’t start your day on them so that’s a really good thing.

Can only try on both accounts. What’s the worst that can happen… get rejected again. The pain hurts I know and you feel like a lost cause but you are no worse off than you are now. If that makes sense? I don’t mean it badly.

I’ve washed my work clothes and hung them inside! My work jumpers are in soaking. I put stain remover on them so I’ve set the soak for 2 hours. They will be ready just before bed! I’ve decided to clean my house in the morning and then that’s done. I’ll do a few things on Friday that are extras but I have 3 appointments that day so it’s not much but then I’ll be happy with where my house is! Then all I’ll have to do Saturday, Sunday and Monday is diamond art!

@Captain24 maybe I'll get back to a place where I only take them when I need them.

It does make sense, as much as it's disappointing to be let down time and time again.

Woohoo, well done sweet. That sounds like a good plan and hopefully we can diamond art together on those days, I'm hoping I'll have the weekend to myself.

@Captain24 this study actually checks alot. I have to connect the wires about 9pm. There's 10 ones to put on me and then the nasal tube thing and oximeter.

Haha either way we'll both be able to get answers on our sleep eventually! My results for the sleep study should be available in about 4 weeks once I've done it tonight.
