He came to see me @MissGremlin he actually said no to the doctor! I didn’t think that was allowed. He wants to wait until Friday to see how I go at physio first.

Im trying to get the 2 nightshifts off as annual leave so it doesn’t mess with my head sitting around in my own! It’s messing with me now and I have something to do for a little while.

It’s really unusual for me to not have enough time in the day. I have always wanted bed time to come around quicker so I could just go to sleep and forget the day. Now I’m disappointed when night comes around! @Nala2022

If we can sort out my sleep that would be even better. I’ve been wearing these nose strip things that may help but I don’t think they are. I talk to my GP on Friday anyway about it.

I’ve been opening my blinds and front door during the day and when it starts to get too cold I have to shut them but I much prefer it all opened up. That’s something I have only just discovered.

Im definitely a summer girl! The hotter the better! I was mowing my lawn and mum and dad’s lawns every week in summer and it was 38-40 degrees! I love the sun and the heat!

@Captain24 oh that's incredibly disappointing to hear, I'm really sorry sweet. It should be assessed by a doctor even with doing physio.

I really hope you can get the 2 night shifts off as sitting around on your own really isn't a good idea.

My appointment was ok, he's fairly confident about me having fibromyalgia, we're going to go through the official check list next appointment in 2 weeks. He's given me a script for something to hopefully help with sleep and it also is used for people with fibromyalgia, so will start at a low dose and increase depending on whether it helps. I've got appointments booked up until November now so that's a relief aswell. My blood tests were all ok other than the insulin levels which were elevated like last time which just suggests that I'm at risk of diabetes in the future but my sugar levels are all good so he's not concerned about it.

got to get through the next 7 hours. They don’t usually allow it but because I said my mental health looks like it’s becoming stable in the last 4 weeks and I don’t want to have anything to push it over the edge. The 2 bosses above mine gave me permission!

@Captain24 I'm so glad you've been able to get them off! It's good that they've listened to you and allowed you to take the time off especially to avoid things getting really bad.

Yes I talked about my ears, it's more than likely all linked in with fibromyalgia and the TMJ. It's a pretty big diagnosis, my doctor can do a brief one but a proper requires other professionals, we'll see how the next appointment goes though first. It's not really going to be a step forward as there's alot of issues but maybe things might be able to be managed.

Hopefully your levels are still ok but at least we're aware of it.

I know 7 hours is still a long time and the work you're doing is boring but you've got this sweet ❤️.

Ive just finally been able to take my boot off.

I wasn’t meaning that everything would be fixed. Yes there’s a lot to it and more stuff to find. I was just trying to see something a little positive. Like a name for what is happening.
