I can’t cope

We often are really hard on ourselves. If all you can do today is try to rest and be gentle with yourself, then that’s enough, even if those thoughts are still there @MissGremlin 💛

Oooo cookie dough flavour YUM! I tried a caramel iced latte with cold foam yesterday as a little treat from Maccas and wow, it was so nice. Very sweet though lol.

I tried not to have my curtains open all the time, but my cat climbs the curtains if they're down 😂

@Nala2022 I'll do my best to try to rest and be gentle with myself today. My left ear is really sore, I woke up in excruciating pain with it last night and it hurt so much to try to roll over, my head felt like it was going to explode 😞. Must remember to talk to my doctor about it on Wednesday.

They aren't bad, still miss my vanilla ones though and the caramel ones but they stopped making them. That sounds delicious, shame I don't buy anything from maccas.

Haha Nala sounds like she's a bit cheeky 😂. Casper rearranges my bedding, he will literally go under the covers and crawl through them like it's a tunnel 😂.

I’m sorry you had to go through that @MissGremlin ☹️ I can somewhat relate to sore ears, I used to get the most excruciating earaches when I was younger. I still get them a bit now, but thankfully not as often. I hope your doctor can provide you with some answers and hopefully help you get some relief

That’s a shame they stopped making them! I try not to buy Maccas either, but I do love their coffee variations

I have things to do but don’t want to. I haven’t had a shower. I haven’t walked the dogs. I’m so tired that I just want to go back to bed and stay there. I’m just feeling miserable. I want my sleep fixed and maybe that will help. I have to wait until Friday afternoon to wait and see what the doctor says.

I've opened my blinds but not the front door. It’s a bit cold yet. I’m sitting on my lounge and Jett is sitting on me. Pix is just wandering around as I have food cooking and may have dropped something!

Maybe I’ll take them for a walk this afternoon. Maybe my day will improve.

@Nala2022 it happens almost every night and in both ears, it brings me to tears. I'm sorry you went through that, earaches can be so painful. I'm glad you don't have them as often but they are still so horrible when they do happen. I'm hoping he's got some idea of what causes it and what to do about it.

They always take away the things I love, it drives me nuts cos it messes with my anxiety 😂.

I love how they have little personalities even when they are mischievous 😂. Having a dog is the best but kitties are lots of fun too, I'm just allergic to them lol.
