I can’t cope

I know….theres a lot going on with my sleeping but also I’m kind of waiting for the crash out of this mood. I know it may not come but experience tells me it will. I want to work damn hard to stay here so warning signs are important. @MissGremlin

I usually am tired and nightshift is hard on your sleep and I’m getting older.

My pasta has just boiled!

I’ll watch some tv while I eat. I’m so close to finishing this section!

@Captain24 it's understandable to be waiting for that crash but I'm really hoping that it doesn't happen. Maybe when you go through your homework from your psych it will help to identify if there's any warning signs.

Night shift is definitely harder and even more so when we're getting older. We lose our ability to be energiser bunnies 😂.

Watching TV while you eat sounds perfect!

I’ll just have to wait it out until next Friday for my GP and then the following Tuesday with my psych. @MissGremlin. I need to stop

overthinking and just enjoy while I have it.

@Captain24 I really wish I was going to bed, I'm struggling so much at the moment (I'm safe).

I know it's hard to stop overthinking things but right now you've been doing amazing to stay in the space you have been so try your best to enjoy it sweet cos you deserve it so much.

I'm glad dinner was good, mine was yummy too. I've just grabbed my diamond art and I'm sitting on the lounge with Casper laying right next to me and partly on my legs/feet.

Which one? The new one or the cheap custom one? @MissGremlin I wish I could sit in the lounge with it but it’s too big and the dogs would climb over me and it any way! 😜

@Captain24 the cheap custom one. Haha cheeky puppies, Casper just snuggles with me. Though there has been a couple of times he's dropped a toy on my tray and knocked the dots everywhere 😂.

If I sit on the lounge they have to climb all over me. If one is getting patted the other has to shove their face into mine to get attention too. They had a disagreement last night when I went to bed and were growling at each other…. They both wanted to lay in the same spot! It’s like having kids @MissGremlin 

@Captain24 haha sometimes I reckon dogs are just like toddlers 😂. Casper most definitely is when he gets in crazy zoomie mode or when he wants to be destructive 😂.

You know how you got shaky and felt sick when you were so tired, that's where I'm at tonight. I really need to be able to sleep tonight.

I know that feeling @MissGremlin i really wish you could get sleep and that I wouldn’t be as tired either. I’m struggling but I want to finish this section and I want to be here for you. I just slept for nearly 3 hours you would think that that would have helped!

Im sitting outside and it’s drizzling with rain again. It’s nice listening to it. But also makes me sleepy! 😜
