I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I don’t so much enjoy getting in the water @Captain24 but daughter had a lovely time splashing about. I sat and watched.

I love it but it’s 4 hrs away! @Bow. It brings so much joy watching them be happy.
Would doing some of it distract you from your thoughts? Or if you want to talk I’m here to listen

I’ve just put myself to bed @Captain24 not tired yet though, but needed to escape. It’s been hard work holding myself together all day. Just needed some time out. Daughter is still up, mum will put her to bed later.

I’m so glad that your mum is able to help @Bow. Especially with what you are going through. Bed sounds like a good option. Do you read? Reading helps put me to sleep.

Im not a big reader. But I did get a new book for Christmas that I took to the beach today. I read a little bit of it. It’s by Grace Tame

What also helps me sleep is white noise I listen to thunderstorms. The only problem is now when there is a thunderstorm it makes me tired! Lol

That makes sense. @tyme. I guess needs to be someone that understands the diagnosis.

I’m just use to being rejected. The whole rejection, not worthy and self doubt is still a massive work in progress!
