How was lunch anyway?

lunch was really good @tyme. Neither of us stopped talking.. it was great to catch up.

I dropped the bombshell of my life on her and just moved the conversation on! Lol. She has just sent me a msg to reach out whenever I need to.

Other than GS what else have you been up to?

Hehehe...now @Captain24 . Just to remind you to breathe.... I hear you had a great time, but to help you 'wind down' to regulate some of your emotion/s, it's good to practice 4 cycles of:

Breathe in for 4

Hold for 2

Breathe out for 8

Hold for 2

As for me, I went out this morning... my lawns are finally done! I'm so grateful to the person who did it!

I ended up paying him more because he stayed for over 5 hours!

He was lovely. I don't care about paying money...as soon as someone does it!

I told him I hate gardening...

I also think I'm going to ask him to come fortnightly for the next few months.

You know me too well. @tyme . Lunch was so good that now I’m feeling a little flat. Plus the worry of the psychiatrist. I remembered your breathing and have been doing it!

Also I know that I’m flat because I pushed myself way out of my comfort zone. But that is part of recovery and I will be ok and I know that I can do it again. I have taken it easy this afternoon and haven’t done much just watched tv.

Im so glad you are happy with your garden. It’s nice that you paid him extra. I did with my godson too. I like to pay on the spot too. I have having payments hanging around. Getting it done often will make life easier. You know it’s done then. Plus it won’t cost you as much. I will weed my garden tomorrow and take some photos.

I have positives with being off. I won’t be on night shift if GS ring me and I will be on the peer chat! Mind you the topic is ironic right now.

Have you had an email to confirm you've been onboarded @Captain24 ? That is, an email to say that you have been accepted - and access to your Participant Portal?

How are you feeling today?

No I’ve had nothing @tyme. I thought that they would ring when the referral ask for the time and best contact. I’m starting to think I haven’t been accepted. If not that’s ok, I guess, I’m sure there are others that possibly need it more than me.

We spent most of the day at the beach @Captain24 it was a nice distraction. But now back at home and not doing ok
