I can’t cope

Hopefully there is something simple. Work CANNOT find out! It makes sense now that I can sleep hours and never feel refreshed and that I’m always tired. I can sleep in the afternoon and usually then sleep at night! @MissGremlin It also explains why I use to be able to get up for work when going to bed after 10 and now I can’t when going to bed at 8:30. I don’t want a full sleep apnea machine but I’m hoping there is something in the middle. I have to do something as it puts me at risk at work especially on nightshifts.

May e your sleep study will show up something too which is difficult but gives answers.

Send me a message after your doctors appointment tomorrow and let me know ow how you go. Now that I’m planning on having a shower this afternoon I may not have time to pop on. Hopefully I do but I’ll have to see what happens.

I really hope today is kind to you. I’m just sitting in the sun having a smoke and then I’m going to have a shower and go to bed!

@Captain24 definitely don't need work finding out about it. Hopefully there's something in between for you. At least you know now so that you can do something about it.

My doctor already said I'd have mild sleep apnoea but he knows that there's no way I could use one of the machines cos of my anxiety. Will just have to wait until I can do a sleep study and see what it comes up with.

I'll let you know how the appointment goes tomorrow. It's ok if you don't get time to pop on sweet, just know that I'll be thinking of you ❤️.

It's been a hard day for me, I'm just going through the motions.

Sorry it’s been hard and you are just going through the motions. I know it’s hard and not much but at least meals are getting done. It takes a huge amount of effort. It has to be done as you have no choice but at least you can tick that box and it’s nearly time to start your routine @MissGremlin

It’s already cold here. It’s suppose to be minus 2 in town so that makes it about minus 3 or 4 out here. We are only about 50kms out but have changed the landscape and it’s colder in winter and hotter in summer!

I get to try out my new glasses on a nightshift! I could see better on days and travelling to and from in the dark!

Anyway, I’ve got to go but I’ll have a quick check in in the morning if I get a chance.

@Captain24 it's Friday so it's late night tonight. Something is happening to the forums, 3 threads are down now and it's making it hard to connect with people i normally would. I can't lose this connection here, not now, there's too much going on (I'm safe).

Hello @BAO the error message of something has gone wrong comes up. It's now on the highlights thread, toolshed 2 thread and tabalugas thread. I've tried the tech form but it wouldn't load for me.

So sorry to hear this. I will escalate this now, but the team won't get to it until next week. Sorry for the inconvenience @MissGremlin 

@BAO thankyou. it's making it hard to connect and it scares me to lose other threads. I always share quotes daily on the toolshed and that's become part of my routine so to not be able to do that upsets me and messes with me. I know it sounds silly but these forums are a huge part of my support network.
