I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

No Pixie can stay at home @tyme. She doesn’t have very good manners! Lol.

I’m glad you got a gardener. If I get time tomorrow I will pull out the grass and take a photo. It’s not very exciting.

Getting in the pool sounds great. I think I currently have one in the backyard with all this rain.

I still have no power and it’s nearly 3 hrs later. It’s not helping my sleep routine! I can’t even shower because I need electricity to run my gas?! Go figure. And it’s warm so I can’t set my aircon to the right temp. So much drama lol!!😂

So I’ve just heard from HR and they want to send me for a second opinion with the company gp. If they clear me then I can go back to work. So I will have next block off too at this stage. But I do have a job!

They have just moved the goal posts again @tyme. I have a 2 hr appointment on Friday via Telehealth with their psychiatrist. That scares me a little, will actually a lot!

Yes they are still paying me so that’s good.

I had a moment today where I’m proud of myself. So I got to lunch early, instead of waiting in the car until my friend arrived, I went and got a table and sat by myself. The table wasn’t in the back corner it was out on the street!
