I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 it's one i would have brought if I'd seen it.

I really hope so. I've just done one section of the new diamond art that i started but I don't know whether to do another or pack up and try to rest. I'm sort of tired but sort of not, more worried about a repeat of last night's crappy sleep.

Maybe just try and try not to over think it. It would be really hard considering what you go through. Maybe tonight could be different. I really really hope so. @MissGremlin

Ive just had a shower and jumped into bed. Hopefully I’ll be asleep soon. I’ll check in tomorrow when and if I can. We are all seated so close to each other though and there is about 70 people in the room! That’s a lot and really overwhelming. I struggle badly after training days and then don’t get a break because it’s straight to work the next day. I don’t get any recovery time.

@Captain24 it would be nice to get a good sleep especially with having to do the last bits for the house and the outside getting done.

I'm so glad you're in bed now, I hope you fall asleep quickly. That sounds so hard being in a room with so many people, I couldn't cope with it. I'll be thinking of you sweet and hope to chat to you tomorrow if you can. Sending lots of love and hugs to you sweetheart ❤️.

I slept terribly @MissGremlin. but I got up this morning and did pretty much everything for work. I just have to make my wraps and I’m done. So that’s a good thing. I also did a load of washing and did another coat of sealer on my diamond arts!

Im cold and bored! Definitely overwhelmed with so many people and noise!

How are you going? I’m thinking if you? Is the yard getting done and are you coping?

@Captain24 I'm sorry that you slept terribly sweet. You've done so well to get so much done despite that though, I'm really proud of you.

I can imagine it would be so overwhelming with so many people and the noise would be alot, I'm really hoping it goes quickly for you.

I'm struggling today, barely slept and I've been awake since just after 4.30am. I'm currently vacuuming the house while I wait for the yards to be started. I've done 2 rooms so far and I'm about to start on the loungeroom just need to pick up Caspers toys first.

I've just sat down to have some crackers with cucumber, tomato and cheese and an iced coffee. I vacuumed the whole house before so now I'm taking a break.
