I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Oh ouchies! They say things come in threes but 2 is enough 😂. I broke a nail right back yesterday when I stabbed it into my drawers trying to grab one of Caspers toys 😂. Let's see if we can avoid any more mishaps for the day, shall we 😂

@Captain24 alright let's do this together. So you've got to change your bedlinen and I've got to deal with my responsibilities here. Then we can tackle the next step after that. We've got this!

Ive changed the linen and sheets are in the wash. Now I’m going for a shower.

@Captain24 almost done with the second, won't have to do the 3rd so after this I'll see if I can do the laundry.

It doesn't help with the inspection what I'm doing now but has to be done.

You've done so well sweet, hope you enjoy your shower.

I’ve had my shower and the sheets weren’t finished washing so I cleaned the ensuite and main bathroom! Now the sheets are in the dryer and I’m getting ready to take the dogs for a walk. @MissGremlin

@Captain24 i got distracted here, I've cleaned the toilet and put a load of washing in. I'm really shaky though and getting giddy so need to eat something. I started 3½mg of my tablet 3 days ago and this is when it starts affecting me.

Hope you enjoy the walk, we're both doing well getting things done.

It’s ok. Washing and toilet need to be done. Please have something to eat. Something nourishing. Maybe that will help and you can get back into it. I’m hoping so. You are doing so well! If we both get everything done we will have all afternoon for diamond art!!! @MissGremlin
