I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 that's the room I'm dreading the most, it's very dusty and I have to get up and down on the ladder to clean the shelves.

@Captain24 maybe, I'll see how I feel tomorrow with it. It also requires touching all the chemicals which I have anxiety over 😞.

It sounds like a rough one. I can be with you all day though if that helps. Then maybe a rest after if you can? Monday I have lunch and an accountant appointment in the after noon. @MissGremlin

@Captain24 thankyou sweet, we will see how i go tomorrow. Hoping your lunch date goes well on Monday aswell as the accountant appointment.

I don't even get to do my diamond art for another 30 minutes.

This is the 5th time I have had to log in today. It’s really annoying me off! I wrote a message and it logged me out. @MissGremlin

We will see what tomorrow brings. We can come up with another room that would be easier if that helps. We can work it out together.

That’s a bigger. I would have stayed on the couch watching tv! 😂

@Captain24 I think I've only had to sign in twice today. But it sucks when you've typed a message and it logs you out, that really irritates me.

Haha you can always chill back on the couch and watch TV. I've just sat in bed to do my diamond art.

I’ll keep going now that I’ve started. There isn’t enough time to watch an episode anyway! I’m going to feed the dogs little bit early so I can get to bed. I sense a good nights sleep coming up.
