I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’ve dried my hair out my towels in the dryer and just waiting for the water to boil to chuck the pasta in. I’ll guess it’ll be about 30 minutes @MissGremlin.

I can’t wait to feed the dogs and just crawl into bed!

@Captain24 yay for having dry hair and putting your towels in the dryer. Yummy pasta for dinner 😋.

I'm actually going to put my pjs on and sit on my bed. The rest of the things I need to do I'll get up and do when it's closer to the time.

Tomorrow will be easier. I just have to bath the dogs, change the bed linen and clean the porches. I should go shopping but I don’t think I will. @MissGremlin

You have some very well. Are you still overwhelmed with your inspection or feel like we have it under control?

@Captain24 I'm glad that tomorrow will be easier, just do what you can sweet.

If I think about everything I still have to do it feels very overwhelming. But I need to try to focus on each task separately rather than all at once.
