I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 yes it is. I'm in the next room now but under somewhere where I feel claustrophobic, it's not fun.

It does, plus you don’t have to get dressed properly or drive there. It’s literally just the appointment that is taken out of your day! @Nala2022

Absolutely love the heat. That’s why I’m enjoy this winter so much as it mostly hasn’t been that cold for here. It’s still to cold for me though! But there is lots of sunshine and not gloomy days. Gloomy days make me depressed unless it’s raining and I can listen to it on my tin roof or go and stand out in it. The funny thing is that I love the heat but it’s cold that helps regulate me!

Oh.. we were in the minuses then! 😂. With the frosty mornings we are getting nice days though this year.

I hope the trip to the shops goes as smoothly as possible for you, and that taking those breaks helps you conserve some energy. I also hope things start to feel a little lighter as the day goes on 💛

Oh… yay!!! One room down! Look at you go and not doing 5 jobs at once. I hope the claustrophobic place isn’t for too long. @MissGremlin

Very true! And you get to stay in the comfort of your own home too 😊

I found it really interesting that the cold helps you regulate, even though you love the heat. It's amazing how we all have different things that help us.

I prefer cold sunny days too, but I'm with you on not liking gloomy days. I love listening to the rain, especially at night when I'm winding down in bed. It's so peaceful @Captain24

OMG… that is a second room! I’m proud f you @MissGremlin just finish it before you do lunch. They can wait a few minutes. Then that’s 2 rooms done! A little less pressure. How hard is the second room? Could you do it after the shops? Just one more hour and today is done?

@Captain24 it's not too much. I'm just cleaning off the drawers in this one and then it's done. I want to get it done before the shops.
