@Nala2022 the connection we have here is truly meaningful in so many ways.
It really has, I've never actually stopped to think about how many aspects of my life it's affected. During school and growing up it was always pointed out to me so I became very self conscious, guess it's stuck with me throughout my life. It's also why I'm scared to have the surgery to have my wisdom teeth taken out as one of the nerves is right next to the bone so there's huge risks there.
Have your ever seen ever after? I don't have favourite things but that movie is one that i love.
I don't have an appointment until the 11th with my doctor, hoping it's definitely settled by then. The other day when I was driving it was doing it constantly, like every beat and I was getting dizzy, I was very close to pulling over and calling an ambulance.
You're a joy to have around here sweet, you always check in with so many people and take the time to listen. Never stop being the amazing you that you are ❤️.
I'm a mod in a mental health group on Facebook and often share inspirational things there and support others. I just wrote this to go with the quote I shared in the toolshed which I'll attach here aswell.
Your thoughts are entirely natural, and every single one of them is allowed to be there. You don't need to fight your mind, force negativity away, or pretend you aren't feeling a certain way. Anxiety, doubt, and difficult thoughts are normal responses, and trying to ignore them usually only gives them more power.
Between a thought passing through your head and the action you take, there is always a gap. You can acknowledge what you are thinking without letting it take over. Notice the thought, accept that it is present, and choose your next step consciously.
