I think glasses can take a couple weeks to get used to sometimes, so keep at it I guess? And go talk to optometrist if it just doesn't seem to be working ;)

Have you noticed that I have made more friends on here? I’m trying to spread my wings a little. Just a little bit it’s a start.

I’ve booked a sleep test for Friday night! My GP wants to see if it shows any sleeping issues.

I have also booked a lunch date with a friend on Monday.

Im working really hard over here! Doing my best to help the deep dark lows I’ve been having.

I slept all night!!!! I only woke up because Jett woke to her under the covers as he was cold. I checked the temperature and it’s -3 feels like minus -5.4. I think it is a bit chilly!!!

I’ve just had a warm bowl of weetbix and now trying to talk myself into getting undressed to get in the shower. @MissGremlin

He feels the cold realy badly. The temp is suppose to be the same tonight so I’ll put a jacket on him to sleep. They are both curled up in little balls. Pix is cold too, she usually copes but now she has lost so much weight and has diabetes she feels the cold to now.

How did you sleep?

Sounds like a jacket might be needed for both of them tonight. It's definitely a bit chilly especially where you are.

I still haven’t made it to the shower @MissGremlin. I had a work think that I had to vote on that came through at 8 and have been messaging the union guy. Plus mums been messaging.

Now I’ll wait until I feed the dogs.
