Hey @Jynx how ya chugging along?

I’ve been having some really rough days. Today was actually okish. I’m in my break from work. I have been pushing myself to get things done around the house but most of it is done now except for the lawns.

But on Saturday morning, I got up and had a shower, yes a shower. Took the dogs for a walk and then sat on the grass in the sun for an hour. Pushed myself to far after that got exhausted and crashed big time. But I had a shower (yes another one) and went to bed. I did the same Sunday and Monday! Today I was tired so I didn’t take the dogs for a walk but I still had my founding time in the sun!

Today I sat and did diamond art with missgremlin and went and got my new green glasses. They are multi focal and I can’t get use to them!

Just wanted to tell you how hard I’ve been working. My psych nearly fell of her chair!

I really miss you and our chats.

Mums pretty good with her inner child. She is collecting the Disney ooshies! But she also gets me tweety things when she sees them.

How are you going? Comfy in bed?

Some of those ooshies are pretty cute! I'm always on the hunt for stitch things.

I'm sitting in bed just not really with it, it's been a long day. How are you doing sweet?

Ive just fed the dogs and I’m going to go and have a hot shower and go to bed. I have thoughts but they aren’t consuming. Today has been an okish day. I’m tired but not exhausted. I do have a headache but I think it’s from the glasses. Maybe tonight will be a better sleep!

Im sorry you’re not with it. Anything you can do before it gets to bad?

@Captain24 a shower and heading to bed sounds like a perfect idea, you've done really well today sweet and I'm proud of you. Hopefully the headache eases for you and the you can get a good night's sleep.

I'm trying to focus on my diamond art and I've got my TV shows playing. Will just have to see how things go.
