I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Sorry, I got stuck into diamond art and forgot to check my phone. Oh and go to the toilet I was just busting! 😂 @MissGremlin

Ive put them back on again. It’s a real struggle but they said it would take a few days!

Im nearly finished it. I’m going to finish before dinner! The last couple of hours I got through a lot.

Wraps sounds good, what do you put in them?

@Captain24 haha oh I laugh cos I do the same thing with forgetting to go to the toilet cos i get focused on something 😂.

I can imagine it would be a struggle but you're doing well to push through it.

The wraps had chicken tenders, cucumber, tomato, sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise and cheese.

If I don’t wear them then I won’t get use to them and I need to be able to see.

They sound yummy! I take wraps to work and put chicken schnitzel, hot chilli sauce and cheese. Quick to make easy to take and just chuck ‘em in the sandwich press!

Im about to sort my dinner out. I have to make my garlic bread rolls and then reheat the pasta bake!

Yes hyperfocus, it's just great fun. Nothing else exists when you're in that space 😂.

That sounds yummy, wraps are such an easy but good meal.

@Captain24 hehe honestly I don't feel you can ever be too old for Disney, looney tunes etc. Mum and dad need to get in touch with their inner child 😂
