I can’t cope

My cuppa is nice but I'm running out very fast. I'm warm from doing everything I've done so far and I still have more to do.

I'm really trying so hard to keep myself going but I'm scared of how the day is going to go. I would normally have a doctors appointment today but despite me asking when I was there last time if we had appointments booked he checked three computer but didn't make any. So I'll be ringing in a minute to try to get an emergency one.

I have to try to remember to be gentle with myself today but I'm not feeling like being very kind to myself (I'm safe).

@Captain24 that's so awesome that you only have those things to do sweet, you've truly done so amazing.

I'm so glad that you have your psych today and I hope the appointment goes ok, also glad that she will invoice you.

I've rang but the lady was rude, I've asked her to pass on a note to him so hopefully I'll hear back soon.

I'm really not sure what I'll do after I get back other than dishes and maybe eat something.

It'll be good when it’s done. I’ve had a shower and fed the dogs. I was going to take them for a walk but it’s only 1 degree outside. I just want to curl back up in bed and get more sleep.

Yhays a shame about the cold. That just makes things miserable.. I hope it’s not.

We have lots of lovely wineries around here. I don’t drink and never go to them but they have lots of things going on like live music and stuff. My friend has suggested one for my 50th birthday.

A nice weekend is good, just a general relaxing couple of days.

I just pushed and pushed myself too far and too hard over the weekend. I started slowly on Saturday but ended up pushing. But I’m trying to do things differently. I have this week off work so I just want to try and look after myself.

Just about to chuck another load in the dishwasher! I haven’t walked the dogs yet as it’s only 1 degree and just too cold.

I hope she passes the note on for you. With my GP he will do a quick phone consult just for scripts. So I hope yours will.

@Nala2022 that was an eventful trip, I got wet having to jump-start my car, it rained the whole time and then I got a blood nose when I was driving home.

I got an appointment, it's say 9.50! I got the notification when I was driving, so thankful for that.

Thankyou for being here, I'm truly grateful for this community. I'm going to do my dishes and then I might lay on my lounge and snuggle with Casper.

That sounds like it would be a lovely way to celebrate your 50th birthday! Even if you don't drink, wineries usually have beautiful scenery, great food and a really relaxing atmosphere. When's your birthday?

I got an appointment booked, first message said 9.50 but then next said 10.30 so I had to ring to confirm it, it's at 10.30 so I might sort out my diamond art while I'm waiting, should be able to do a little of it.
