I can’t cope

It’s ok that you have to go @MissGremlin. I’ve changed the bed linen and going to clean the shower then go to bed. I may have time to clean the laundry before the sheets finish washing if not everything else can just wait.

I need to get some sleep before I crash too hard.

We do connect well and help each other even though we do things very differently. We also respect each others boundaries.

I’m struggling a lot so I have pushed myself hard this morning and I’m now feeling it. I have achieved a lot including taking the dogs for a walk and sitting on the grass in the sun for grounding. Then I pushed myself to do chores. Yes I have done quite a few and still have some to do it’s not actually a good thing. It’s trying to push everything away. Then I can’t do it anymore and get extremely tired and crash badly. I’m nearly at that point now. I just have another hour and I can get to bed for a nap. Clean sheets, clean dogs, clean hair and clean me.

I look good but I’m definitely not.

You officially don't have to do anything else today! Oooooooh and that feeling of getting into clean sheets?! Drool. There is nothing like it!

And I am well. AOK. Just cruising along as we do. About to blitz up a smoothie :)
