I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hahahaha! @Captain24 - you have a superb memory ! You remembered! I'm still munching on pizza at the moment.

The kids have finally gone home. I was in the pool for a few hours with them, then I had a meeting I had to attend.

I'm just hopping on the forums now.

There were about 10 kids. They played toys for a bit, then made their own pizzas, then jumped into the pool. So much work getting them changed and into the pool. They are so young.... need help with everything. When they were hungry, they ate their pizzas.

Overall, it was pretty good. The weather is sooooo lovely for the water!

Sounds like an awesome day @tyme I’m guessing you are exhausted now? Was it all nieces and nephews or just the ones next door and friends?

no, she helped. I couldn't mind 10 kids in the water. They are all so young. How many times did my heart nearly stop though! I thought the kid/s were drowning... so scary. Yet they were all so confident in the water.

I was in the water while my sister was out of the water...

That makes sense @tyme. It makes it safer for all. I’m confident around the water. It’s the only place I am!

We took a group of dance kids to the beach. Some had never seen it before. I said I wasn’t getting in and the dance teacher said to me if I wasn’t getting in no one was. I was responsible for 15 kids of varying ages in the ocean!

I let the older girls go out if they had been there before and were confident. But I watched them I kept the rest with me.

How old were the the kids though? Beaches are scary to take kids coz it's so open. Need so much supervision.

I’ve been really busy @Snowie.

I did have to stop for about 2 hrs because my feet started to go numb with my back. It settled so I’ve started again.

My body says no but my highly elevated brain says keep going.

How was your day?
