I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I need to finish off the linen cupboard, it’s almost Insta worthy! @amber22. Then get all the linen ready for when I get the new mattress on Friday. I got new ornaments for the front lounge room so I’ll sort that out. Then I’ll start on the built in’s in the spare rooms.

Plus another trip to the tip! Lucky I have 2 cars and can alternate the trips.

I do also have general cleaning and ironing to do.

Im trying to keep really busy to stay distracted. Plus I’ll keep going while I have the buzz. The only thing is it’s not helping my bad back

Oh wow that sounds so productive! Good on you! I love cleaning, I find it to be so therapeutic, especially when it is really messy it is so satisfying. But that is only when I am in a productive mood and can actually get myself motivated.

I hate cleaning. @amber22. when I’m in a depressive episode I struggle with even the basics. In normal or elevated episodes I’m pretty good if I star as soon as I wake up.

My back is so unbelievably sore. It’s still really painful through pain killers and with a support brace on. But I’ll just keep going until my legs start to go numb. Then I’ll sit down! 😂 I have so much determination in these moods

I’m done @amber22. Everything else is going to have to wait. The pins and needles in my feet are travelling up my legs. That is a really bad sign. Oops!! 😂

I’m now in bed to try and get some relief @Paperdaisy with more pain meds. I just couldn’t push it any further.
