I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

The youngest was 6 and oldest 14 but there was 4 of them at 14 1 at 6. The rest varied in between @tyme So yeah not 2 lol.

Some of these were still in nappies lol. Had to take nappy off to put swimmers on. @Captain24

My niece just said, "Look at this aunty! Rather work than spend time with her niece!" - I had to laugh. She was being sarcastic.

Kids are funny things..... oh, annoying tooo.

Yeah it can get a bit dangerous and scary. I was just stirring! @tyme 😂 Sorry that’s the mood I’m in! I think I’m a little toooo good right now. But I’m not telling anyone because they always ruin it for me. With the hell I’m going through just let me enjoy this feeling.

Kids will be kids. Lol

What else did you get up-to in the last couple of days.

Lol @Captain24 ! Nah, it's good to feel free. So even when you do feel this 'free', it is about being mindful to reign in the emotions in order to regulate them.

I've been going to kids parties and stuff. Spending a lot of time with the kids.

Next week, I have friends coming from Syd and we will be going house boating for a couple of days. I love house boating. It's in a freshwater lake.

Sometimes yes @tyme but not today.

Almost had a panic attack today, there were just too many people around and too much going through my mind.
