I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I did find it really helpful @amber22. It’s make me look at things differently. Others showed me what to look for as I didn’t know my own signs. When they shared theirs it made me realise a few things.

I hope I woke him up with my lovely consideration! He was having inappropriate conversations with me. He has backed it off since I played Christian music really loud! I was hoping he would think ‘oh she’s one of them!’ I’m not but he doesn’t need to know..

I am so happy that it helped you. I agree, seeing others share their early warning signs prompted me to think about whether I had some of the same or similar ones, or what some of mine could be. I added a few to my list which was really helpful.

That does not sound like a good neighbour, I hope that you are keeping your distance from him, especially if he is having inappropriate conversations with you!! @Captain24

I have been finding them interesting @amber22 and learning quite a bit. What’s tomorrow nights on? I don’t think I’ve been tagged in it.

Im waiting to hear if I’ve been accepted into the guided service. So if I’m accepted that should be good too.

I've just asked about it for you and I think that it should be getting reviewed in the next week or so! Hopefully you get an answer for it soon 🙂 The Guided Service are still catching up from EOY time so that's why it might be taking a bit of time @Captain24

I’ve given up on my whipper snippering and have decided to pay someone to do it for me! That’s lazy ay! Now I can do more inside stuff though

Of course! It has been a busy time of year!

Not lazy, very smart! Now you can focus on the inside jobs, whipper snippering looks really exhausting. What kind of inside jobs are you doing today? @Captain24

Hahaha yep out sourcing it is! @hanami I have outsourced to my god son though. The edges are really out of control so may be if the are at a more manageable level I can practice.

The only good thing about mowing is being out in the sun!! I usually mow in the hottest part of day. Yup I’m that idiot 😂
